The invention discloses a solar power supplementing device of a new energy electric vehicle, and belongs to the field of new energy vehicles. The device is characterized by comprising a front-end flowguide cover (1), guide rails (2) and a flexible solar cell panel (6), two ends of the inner side of the front-end flow guide cover (1) are vertically connected with one end parts of the two transversely arranged guide rails (2), a rotary traction mechanism for pulling the flexible solar cell panel (6) to be unfolded is arranged in the inner cavity of the front-end flow guide cover (1), and the other end parts of the two guide rails (2) are connected with a storage mechanism for rolling the flexible solar cell panel (6); and one longitudinal side edge of the flexible solar cell panel (6) is connected with the output end of the rotary traction mechanism through two traction ropes (5). An automatic folding and unfolding structural form is adopted, so the device can be automatically folded when not in use, the solar power supplementing device is prevented from being always exposed to the outside for wind blowing, solarization and raining, the aging time of the solar power supplementing device is slowed down, and the service life of a solar panel is prolonged; and high power generation efficiency is effectively kept.
