The invention discloses a hoisting instrument for simultaneously hosting a plurality of frame structural steel beam components and a using method of the hoisting instrument. The hoisting instrument includes a horizontal box beam and at least two auxiliary cross beams, a plurality of hoisting lugs for hoisting the frame structural steel beam components are arranged at the bottom of the horizontal box beam, when the hoisting instrument is in use, firstly sections of the frame structural steel beam components to be erected are placed on a hoisting platform according to positions to be installed,a hoisting rope is used to connect the frame structural steel beam components and the hoisting lugs at the bottom of the horizontal box beam, components of an entire section of a steel beam are lifted, after the components are hoisted near to the positions to be installed, a chain block or a guide chain is used to finely adjust the positions, and the frame structural steel beam components are installed in corresponding positions. The hoisting instrument provided by the invention is hardly limited by terrain, and can hoist the plurality of frame structural steel beam components at one time; andcompared with a traditional hoisting instrument, the hoisting instrument provided by the invention can reduce the hoisting frequency, effectively improve the construction efficiency of a high-altitude loose part installation method, and greatly improve the utilization rate of hoisting equipment.

    本发明公开了一种同时吊装多个框架结构钢梁组件的吊具及其使用方法,该吊具包括一个横箱梁和至少两个辅助横梁,横箱梁底部设置多个用于吊装框架结构钢梁组件的吊耳,使用时,先将待架设节段的框架结构钢梁组件按照待安装位置摆放在吊装平台上,用吊绳将框架结构钢梁组件与横箱梁底部的吊耳连接,起吊整节段钢梁的组件,吊装至待安装位置附近后,采用手拉葫芦或导链进行位置微调,对位安装框架结构钢梁组件。本发明提供的吊具受地形限制小,能一次吊装多个框架结构钢梁组件,相对于传统吊具,可以减少吊装次数,能有效地提高高空散件安装法的施工效率,同时大大提高了吊装设备的利用率。
