The invention relates to an experiment box locking linkage mechanism on a material outboard exposure device. The mechanism comprises a plurality of experiment boxes and a linkage driving device, eachexperiment box is provided with a locking device, the plurality of locking devices are connected in series and then are connected with the linkage driving device, and the linkage driving device drivesthe plurality of locking devices to lock the experiment boxes in sequence. The experiment boxes are locked by the locking device, so that an exposed material sample is protected, the sample is prevented from being polluted in the processes of ground transportation, ascending, in-orbit transfer and the like, and meanwhile, an ascending vibration environment can be borne; one linkage driving deviceis connected with the plurality of locking devices in series, so that one linkage driving device controls the locking of a plurality of experiment boxes, a large amount of power consumption, weight and volume resources can be saved through the linkage design, and the cost is reduced; and the experiment boxes are locked in sequence, so that the situation that the linkage driving device is stressedexcessively once when the experiment boxes are locked at the same time is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种材料舱外暴露装置上实验箱锁闭联动机构,包括多个实验箱和一个联动驱动装置,每个实验箱上分别安装有锁闭装置,多个锁闭装置串联后与联动驱动装置连接,联动驱动装置驱动多个锁闭装置依次锁闭实验箱。本发明通过锁闭装置锁闭实验箱,不仅实现对暴露材料样品的防护,避免在地面运输、上行、在轨转运等过程中污染样品,同时可以承受上行振动环境;通过一个联动驱动装置串联多个锁闭装置,实现一个联动驱动装置控制多个实验箱的锁闭,联动设计可节省大量功耗、重量、体积资源,降低成本;而各实验箱依次锁闭,避免了同时锁闭时,联动驱动装置一次受力过大的情况。
