According to the single torsion spring type torque signal acquisition device, an input flange is connected with the upper end face of an inner rotating shaft, the inner rotating shaft is connected with an outer rotating shaft through a deep groove ball bearing, and the outer rotating shaft sleeves the inner rotating shaft; the torsion spring is arranged in an annular space between the outer rotating shaft and the inner rotating shaft, and the force arm of the torsion spring is perpendicular to the axis of the torsion spring; the lower end face of the inner rotating shaft is connected with a bottom-end flange plate, and an angular displacement sensor is installed in a round hole in the middle of the end face of the bottom-end flange plate, detects the relative angular displacement of the inner rotating shaft and the outer rotating shaft and transmits the relative angular displacement to an ECU; two symmetrically-distributed fan-shaped grooves are formed in the lower end face of the outer rotating shaft, end face threaded holes are formed in the fan-shaped grooves, the outer rotating shaft is connected with an output element through the end face threaded holes and bolts, and the fan-shaped grooves are connected with a bottom plate; the inner rotating shaft is connected with a radial limiting rod which penetrates through the square hole of the outer rotating shaft; a first torsionspring pressing rod and a second torsion spring pressing rod are arranged on the inner rotating shaft, and a first torsion spring fixing rod and a second torsion spring fixing rod are arranged on theouter rotating shaft to press the torsion spring.
