The invention relates to a wheel-rail interface damage evolution monitoring method based on noise signals. A noise acquisition device is arranged on a moving carrier changing along a wheel-rail interface. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, acquiring wheel-rail noise signals through the noise acquisition device, performing blind source separation on the wheel-rail noise signals,and reserving the wheel-rail noise signals; performing short-time Fourier transform on the wheel-rail noise to obtain the frequency spectrum of the wheel-rail noise, and determining a wheel-rail noisetime-frequency characteristic of each driving interval; comparing the wheel-rail noise time-domain distribution characteristics and the time-frequency characteristic evolution rules with the wheel-rail noise time-domain distribution characteristics and the time-frequency characteristic evolution rules of each driving interval section in a normal driving state to obtain the types and the evolutionrules of wheel damage and the types and the evolution rules of steel rail damage corresponding to different monitoring time; and finally determining the damage position of the steel rail to obtain the position distribution of the steel rail damage. According to the monitoring method, the interface damage type and the damage position of the wheel rail can be obtained through monitoring by collecting the wheel rail noise.

    本发明是一种基于噪声信号的轮轨界面损伤演变监测方法,噪声采集装置设置在沿轮轨界面变化的移动载体,首先,通过噪声采集装置采集得到轮轨噪声信号,对轮轨噪声信号进行盲源分离,保留轮轨噪声信号;对轮轨噪声进行短时傅里叶变换,得到轮轨噪声的频率谱,确定各个行车区间段的轮轨噪声时频特征;与正常行驶状态下各个行车区间段的轮轨噪声时域分布特性和时频特性演变规律对比,得到车轮损伤的类型和演变规律以及不同监测时间对应的钢轨损伤类型以及演变规律;最终进行钢轨损伤位置确定,得到钢轨损伤的位置分布。该监测方法种能够通过采集轮轨噪声,监测得到轮轨的界面损伤类型和损伤位置。
