According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the crawler wheel type part and the driving part are divided into independent modules, and the controller is configured in a unified manner, so that the traditional centralized transmission mode of the robot is changed, the later maintenance difficulty is reduced, and the use of transmission parts is greatly reduced.
本发明提供的一种机器人平台轻量化驱动装置,包括驱动轮模块、主履带模块和摆臂履带模块,驱动轮模块包括多个驱动轮和轮毂电机驱动器,驱动轮模块的控制由单独的轮毂电机驱动器承担,主履带模块包括橡胶主履带、从动轮、第一驱动轮,摆臂履带模块包括橡胶副履带、导向轮、保持架、第二驱动轮,轮毂电机驱动器与第一驱动轮或者第二驱动轮对应设置,以使行走部件的动力输入和动力传递全部由轮毂电机驱动器直接提供。本发明提供的技术方案将履带轮式部件与驱动部件分割成独立模块,对控制器做统一配置,改变了机器人传统的集中传动方式,降低了后期维护难度,大幅减少了传动部件的使用。
