The invention relates to the technical field of automobile steering column parts, in particular to an improved EPS sensor unit assembly. Two arc-shaped limiting bosses are fixed at one end of an inputshaft, and a pressure riveting point I is formed at the other end of the input shaft; two sets of grooves are formed in one end of a steering gear, and a second rivet pressing point and a positioningpoint are arranged at the other end of the steering gear. The smooth cylindrical end of a torsion bar is in interference fit with the steering gear; the spline end of the torsion bar penetrates through a bearing and extends into the torsion bar matching hole of the inner hole of the input shaft, a groove and an arc-shaped limiting boss are fixed in a clamped mode, a torque magnet is fixed to theposition of the first rivet pressing point in a rivet pressing mode, and the torque sensor is fixed to the position of the second rivet pressing point and the position of the positioning point in a rivet pressing mode. The part-pipe in the traditional sensor unit small assembly is saved, the connection reliability of the input shaft and the steering gear is improved, the torsion bar is matched with the input shaft without using a positioning pin, so that the assembly cost is saved; and an exhaust hole in the input shaft is omitted, and the input shaft machining process is simplified.

    本发明涉及汽车转向管柱零部件技术领域,具体的讲是一种改进的EPS传感器单元总成,输入轴的一端固定有两个弧形限位凸台,输入轴的另一端开设有压铆点一;转向齿轮的一端开设有两组凹槽,转向齿轮的另一端设有压铆点二和定位点;扭杆的光滑圆柱端与转向齿轮过盈配合,扭杆的花键端穿过轴承伸入输入轴内孔的扭杆配合孔中,凹槽与弧形限位凸台卡合固定,扭矩磁体压铆固定在压铆点一的位置上,扭矩传感器压铆固定在压铆点二和定位点的位置上,本发明节省了传统传感器单元小总成中的零件‑管子;提高了输入轴与转向齿轮连接的可靠性;扭杆与输入轴配合无需使用定位销固定,节省了装配成本;取消输入轴上排气孔,简化了输入轴加工工艺。
