The invention discloses an anti-collision buffer. The anti-collision device comprises an anti-collision beam, a buffer mechanism, an anti-collision mounting plate and a hydraulic cylinder, the buffermechanism is formed by assembling six buffer columns in a crossed mode through a rotating shaft; the tops of the six buffer columns are rotationally mounted on a connecting piece, and are connected with the anti-collision beam through the connecting piece; a hydraulic rod is connected to the junction of the side surfaces of the six buffer columns; the hydraulic rod extends into an inner cavity ofthe hydraulic cylinder and is fixedly connected with a hydraulic piston; the bottoms of the six buffer columns are arranged on a rod body of a sliding rod in a sliding and sleeving mode through sliding connecting pieces; the two ends of the sliding rod are fixedly installed on a vertical plate protruding from the side, facing the anti-collision beam, of the anti-collision mounting plate, the hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the vertical plate and communicated with an oil storage tank through a hydraulic oil pipeline, an elastic piece is arranged in the middle of the oil storage tank, and extrusion pistons are arranged at the two ends of the elastic piece and connected with the oil storage tank in a sleeved mode.

    本发明公开了一种防撞缓冲器,包括防撞梁、缓冲机构、防撞安装板和液压缸,所述缓冲机构是由6根缓冲柱通过转动轴交叉组装而成,且6根缓冲柱的顶部转动安装在连接件上,并通过连接件与防撞梁相连,6根缓冲柱侧面的交接处连接液压杆,液压杆深入液压缸的内腔中固接液压活塞,6根缓冲柱的底部通过滑动连接件滑动套设在滑动杆的杆身上,滑动杆的两端固定安装在防撞安装板面向防撞梁一侧凸起的竖板上,该竖板上设置有液压缸,液压缸通过液压油管路连通储油箱,储油箱的中部设置有弹性件,弹性件的两端设有挤压活塞,挤压活塞与储油箱套接。
