The invention discloses a PTO control method, and belongs to the field of PTO control. The PTO control method comprises the following steps that (1) whether a PTO function is enabled or not is judgedaccording to an engine state sign, and if yes, the step (2) is executed; otherwise, continuing to wait for the enable signal; 2) entering into a PTO closed state is carried out; when the rotating speed of the output end of the PTO is smaller than a preset value or the time when the PTO is in a closed state exceeds a preset time, entering into the step 3) is carried out; (3) PTO braking is conducted; when a PTO working command is received, entering into the step 4) is carried out; (4) PTO braking is disengaged, and a corresponding electromagnetic valve is connected according to the working command; when the engagement is overtime or the friction work of the PTO clutch is greater than a set value, entering into a fault processing mode is carried out, otherwise, entering into a step 5) is carried out; and 5) PTO is turned on for outputting. According to the method, the problems that due to improper operation, the agricultural machine is prone to flameout, and the machine is prone to damage are solved.

    本发明公开了一种PTO控制方法,属于PTO控制领域。一种PTO控制方法,包括以下步骤:1)根据发动机状态标志,判断PTO功能是否使能,若使能,进入步骤2);否则,继续等待使能信号;2)进入PTO关闭状态;当PTO输出端转速小于预设值或PTO处于关闭状态的时间超过预设时间时,进入步骤3);3)接合PTO制动;当接收到PTO的工作命令,进入步骤4);4)脱开PTO制动,并根据工作命令接合相对应的电磁阀;当接合超时或PTO离合器摩擦功大于设定值时,进入故障处理模式;否则,进入步骤5);5)PTO打开,进行输出。本发明解决了由于操作不当所导致的农机容易熄火及对机具易造成损伤的问题。
