本发明公开一种高炉料车防冲顶智能监控方法,包括在卷扬拖动系统中的接入控制器,由控制器实时显示料车的运行时间,理论位置,实际转速,是否收到了来自主令的减速位置信号;且在出现危险时,根据设计得危险分级,控制变频器作出相应的保护动作;且当出现故障时及时报警,并且可记录查询数据,以及根据出现的故障确定故障环节,为下一步采取措施,提供依据。本发明可实现上料料车防冲顶功能,且可及大地方便维护人员分析原因,排查隐患。

    The invention discloses a blast furnace skip car anti-top-rushing intelligent monitoring method which comprises the steps: a controller is connected into a winch dragging system, and the controller displays the running time, the theoretical position and the actual rotating speed of a skip car in real time and judges whether a deceleration position signal from a master command is received or not; when dangers occur, a frequency converter is controlled to perform corresponding protection actions according to the designed danger grades; and when a fault occurs, an alarm is given in time, data canbe recorded and queried, a fault link is determined according to the occurring fault, and a basis is provided for taking measures in the next step. The anti-top-rushing function of the feeding skip car can be achieved, and maintenance personnel can analyze reasons and troubleshoot hidden dangers greatly and conveniently.
