The invention discloses an automobile energy storage and reuse system. A bidirectional DC/DC converter is arranged between a battery management system and a lifting frequency converter, wherein the battery management system is composed of a battery pack cabinet and a charging mechanism, the battery pack cabinet is connected with a charging end of the lifting frequency converter through the converter and a direct-current bus contactor set, an alternating-current input end of the lifting frequency converter is connected with mains supply, and an alternating-current output end of the lifting frequency converter is connected with a motor of a gantry crane. According to the structure, electric energy generated when a gantry crane hook descends can be stored in the battery pack cabinet, and thestored electric energy is used for auxiliary power supply when a hanging box is lifted; during street crossing, the battery pack cabinet supplies power to the gantry crane to replace an existing diesel engine to generate power, mains supply can be seamlessly transited to power supply of the battery pack cabinet during street crossing of a yard crane, and conversion time is 20 ms. The system has advantages of consumption reduction, environmental protection and stable and reliable performance.
本发明公开了一种汽车能量储存再使用系统。其是在电池管理系统与起升变频器之间设有双向DC/DC转换器,其中,所述电池管理系统由电池组柜和充电机构组成,电池组柜通过所述转换器、直流母线接触器组与起升变频器的充电端相接,起升变频器的交流输入端与市电相接,其交流输出端与龙门起重机的电机相接。该结构可将龙门起重机吊钩下降时产生的电能储存于电池组柜中,吊箱起升时再将所存电能用于辅助性供电;过街时由电池组柜给龙门起重机供电,代替现有的柴油机发电,其可在场桥过街时由市电供电无缝过渡至电池组柜供电,转换时间为20ms。本发明降耗环保、性能稳定可靠。
