The invention belongs to the field of semiconductor laser radar. The electronic eye integrated drunk driving detection device based on a laser radar mainly comprises a semiconductor laser (8), a polarizing beam splitter (11) and an MEMS galvanometer (13) used for radar two-dimensional scanning which are sequentially arranged along a light path, and a laser beam can be reflected by a reflecting film or a reflecting mirror located in a vehicle to be detected to obtain reflected light. The reflected light can return along an original light path and can be deflected at the polarizing beam splitter(11) to be different from an incident light path; whether alcohol vapor exists in air in a cab of a vehicle to be detected or not can be judged by reading the intensity of reflected light passing through the polarizing beam splitter (11), and therefore whether a driver of the vehicle to be detected is drunk or not can be preliminarily judged. The alcohol vapor concentration is judged through thelaser radar, and compared with the prior art, the problems that an existing drunk driving detection system is too high in subjective judgment requirement for traffic police, high in omission rate, insufficient in deterrent force and the like can be effectively solved.

    本发明属于半导体激光雷达领域,公开了一种基于激光雷达的电子眼一体化酒驾检测装置,主要包括依次沿光路设置的半导体激光器(8)、偏振分光镜(11)和用于雷达二维扫描的MEMS振镜(13),激光束能够经过位于待测车辆内反射膜或反射镜的反射得到反射光线;该反射光线能够沿原光路返回,将能够在偏振分光镜(11)处发生偏折以与入射光路相区别;通过读取经过偏振分光镜(11)后的反射光线的强弱,即可判断待测车辆驾驶室中的空气是否存在酒精蒸汽,从而用于初步判断待测车辆的驾驶员是否酒驾。本发明通过激光雷达判断酒精蒸气的浓度,与现有技术相比能够有效解决现有的测酒驾系统对交警的主观判断要求过高、遗漏率较高、威慑力不够等问题。
