The invention relates to the field of unmanned aerial vehicle countering. In order to solve the problem that an existing unmanned aerial vehicle management and control system cannot be specially applied to important electric power facilities, the invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle management and control system for a transformer substation side, which comprises a detection subsystem, a command and control subsystem and a disposal subsystem. The detection subsystem is used for monitoring electromagnetic spectrum signals in airspaces near electric power facilities and places, identifying remote control and data transmission signals of the unmanned aerial vehicle and determining the orientation and distance of the unmanned aerial vehicle; the processing subsystem is used for countering the directional interference radio frequency emitted by the unmanned aerial vehicle when the unmanned aerial vehicle invades the monitored airspace; and the command and control subsystem is used for receiving the identified unmanned aerial vehicle remote control and data transmission signals, controlling the disposal subsystem to be started, and countering the unmanned aerial vehicle in the invasion airspace. Through early warning in the airspace of the transformer substation side, countering measures are taken on the unmanned aerial vehicle appearing in the airspace, so that the unmannedaerial vehicle is forced to return or forcibly land, and safe and reasonable operation of the transformer substation is facilitated.

    本发明涉及无人机反制领域。现有的无人机管控系统,无法专门应用于适配在重要电力设施中,本发明提供了一种用于变电站侧的无人机管控系统,包括探测分系统、指控分系统和处置分系统。探测分系统,用于监测电力设施及场所附近空域中的电磁频谱信号,识别出无人机的遥控及数传信号,并确定无人机的方位和距离;处置分系统,用于在无人机入侵监测的空域时对其发射定向的干扰射频进行反制;指控分系统,接收被识别出的无人机遥控及数传信号,控制处置分系统启动、对入侵空域内的无人机的反制。通过在变电站侧的空域提前预警,对出现在该空域内的无人机实施反制措施,迫使无人机返航或迫降,有助于变电站的安全、合理运行。
