The invention relates to the technical field of lifters, and discloses an efficient lifter for civil engineering. The efficient lifter comprises a base; a motor box is fixedly connected to the middlepart of the upper end of the base; the upper end of the motor box is fixedly connected with an extension sleeve; a lifting rod is slidingly connected into the extension sleeve; a lifting mechanism isarranged in the extension sleeve, and the lifting rod is connected into the extension sleeve through the lifting mechanism; a cross beam is fixedly connected to the upper end of the lifting rod; a first pulley is fixedly connected to the right end of the lower side rod wall of the cross beam; a second pulley is fixedly connected to the left end of the lower side rod wall of the cross beam; the first pulley and the second pulley are in common sliding connection with a steel wire rope; the rod wall upper end of the lifting rod is slidingly connected with the steel wire rope through a first through hole; and the right end of the steel wire rope is fixedly connected with a lifting hook. The efficient lifter for civil engineering conveniently adjusts the material lifting height of the lifter toadjust the application range of the lifter, and can lock the steel wire rope after lifting of materials to prevent the materials from driving the steel wire rope to fall to generate dangers.
