The invention provides a buoy for marine environment noise monitoring. The buoy comprises a main body, side rods, a connecting rod, a supporting rod, a stress plate, a protection piece and an ejectionpiece. The main body is of a circular structure, and a water outlet hole is formed in the outer side of the interior of the main body. The inner ends of the side rods are fixedly connected with the periphery of the outer side of the main body. The top end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the middle position of the bottom of the main body. The connecting rod comprises a weight. Whenthe device is in use, the main body can be matched with a bottom piece at the bottom. When the main body is subjected to water wave impact force, the bottom piece can effectively control the main body and avoid large displacement of the main body. A fence at the top end of the main body is used for preventing a large amount of seawater from entering the upper portion of the main body when the main body swings within a small range. The water outlet hole in the top end of the main body is used for draining water, so that the seawater can be drained through the water outlet hole after entering the main body.
