The invention discloses a method and a system for BMS self-adaptive control of a charging voltage. The method comprises the following steps: a first request charging voltage is issued to a charger, the first request charging voltage is smaller than a maximum rechargeable voltage, and the charger carries out constant-voltage pre-charging on a battery according to the first request charging voltage;the actual output voltage of the charger is monitored in real time; the maximum value of the actual output voltage of the charger is determined; the relative error rate of the maximum value of the actual output voltage and the first request charging voltage is calculated; after the pre-charging is finished, the charger is controlled to perform constant-current charging on the battery; the maximumrequest charging voltage is calculated according to an equation that Uexp-max = Umax/(1+ epsilon), wherein Umax is the maximum rechargeable voltage, and epsilon is the relative error rate; and afterthe constant-current charging is finished, a second request charging voltage is issued to the charger, the second request charging voltage is smaller than or equal to the maximum request charging voltage, and the charger performs constant-voltage charging on the battery according to the second request charging voltage. Overhigh charging voltage can be avoided, and safe charging of an automobile isguaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种充电电压的BMS自适应控制方法及系统。该方法包括:向充电机下发第一请求充电电压,第一请求充电电压小于最大可充电电压,充电机按第一请求充电电压对电池进行恒压预充电;实时监测充电机的实际输出电压;确定充电机实际输出电压的最大值;计算实际输出电压的最大值与第一请求充电电压的相对误差率;预充电结束后,控制充电机对电池进行恒流充电;根据计算最大请求充电电压,其中,U为最大可充电电压,ε为相对误差率;在恒流充电结束后,向充电机下发第二请求充电电压,第二请求充电电压小于或等于最大请求充电电压,充电机按第二请求充电电压对电池进行恒压充电。本发明能够避免充电电压过高,保障汽车的安全充电。
