The invention relates to a potato combine harvester body balance system and an installation method. The vehicle body balance system is characterized in that the rear end of a right supporting beam isfixedly connected with a right land wheel, the front end of the right supporting beam is hinged to the bottom end of a right supporting frame, a cylinder barrel of a frame lifting hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the bottom end of a potato combine harvester frame, a piston rod is hinged to the rear end of the right supporting beam, and the top end of the right supporting frame is hinged to the bottom end of the potato combine harvester frame; a frame tilt angle sensor, a touch screen and an electro-hydraulic valve bank are respectively connected with a vehicle body balance controller, and the electro-hydraulic valve bank is further connected with the frame lifting hydraulic cylinder; and tilt parameters of a vehicle frame are obtained through the vehicle frame tilt angle sensor and transmitted to the vehicle body balance controller, the height of the vehicle frame lifting hydraulic cylinder is adjusted by controlling the electro-hydraulic valve bank, and therefore the posture of the vehicle frame is adjusted. The system is scientific and reasonable in structural design, convenient to install and use and low in cost, the vehicle body posture of the potato combine harvester can be accurately adjusted in real time, and potato extrusion damage is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种马铃薯联合收获机车身平衡系统及安装方法,车身平衡系统包括:右侧支撑横梁的后端与右侧地轮固定连接、前端与右侧支撑架底端铰接,车架升降液压缸的缸筒与马铃薯联合收获机车架底端铰接,活塞杆与右侧支撑横梁后端铰接,右侧支撑架顶端与马铃薯联合收获机车架底端铰接;车架倾角传感器、触摸屏、电液阀组分别与车身平衡控制器连接,电液阀组还连接车架升降液压缸;通过车架倾角传感器获知车架倾斜参数并传输给车身平衡控制器,通过控制电液阀组来调节车架升降液压缸的高度,从而调节车架姿态。本发明结构设计科学合理,安装使用方便,成本低,且能实时准确调整马铃薯联合收获机的车身姿态,避免马铃薯挤压损伤。
