本公开提供了一种飞行上下线绝缘子串检测机器人系统、平台及方法,利用飞行平台、移动平台、监控系统及检测机构相互配合实现绝缘子串的自动检测,飞行平台设置于移动平台上端,带动机器人本体飞行;移动平台与所述飞行平台的角度可调,支撑机构使得机器人本体能够支撑于绝缘子串上,机器人本体带动检测机构在绝缘子串之间不断移动,得到各个检测点数据;监控系统接收控制指令,控制飞行平台的飞行动作,以及控制并接收检测机构的检测数据。

    The invention provides a flying online and offline insulator string detection robot system, platform and method. Automatic detection on insulator strings is realized by utilizing a flying platform, amobile platform, a monitoring system and a detection mechanism which cooperate with each other, wherein the flying platform is arranged at the upper end of the mobile platform and drives a robot bodyto fly; an angle between the mobile platform and the flying platform is adjustable, a supporting mechanism enables the robot body to be supported on the insulator strings, and the robot body drives the detection mechanism to continuously move among the insulator strings, so that data of each detection point is obtained; and the monitoring system receives a control instruction, controls a flying action of the flying platform and controls and receives detection data of the detection mechanism.
