本发明公开了一种直升机桨叶结构应变‑挠度‑弯矩状态的光纤监测方法,包括以下步骤:在直升机桨叶结构表面特征点位置布设光纤光栅传感器,求得应变分布曲线方程,进而可以推导该曲线任意点的应变值;将桨叶沿展向分成若干测量段。求得第一段上任意点的挠度;计算第一段的末尾点即第二段的起始点处的挠度值和转角大小;利用对第二段的应变分布曲线方程的二重积分,可求得第二段上的挠度方程;重复上述过程,可得到结构上每一段的挠度方程,即可得知结构上任意点的挠度值;根据挠曲线微分方程,得到弯矩与挠度关系,即可得知桨叶结构表面任意点的弯矩值。本发明的算法无需大量先验知识、简单快速、方便可靠、精确性强。

    The invention discloses an optical fiber monitoring method for a strain-deflection-bending moment state of a helicopter blade structure. The optical fiber monitoring method comprises the following steps that optical fiber grating sensors are distributed on surface characteristic point positions of the helicopter blade structure, a strain distribution curve equation is obtained, and then a strain value of any point of a curve can be derived; a blade is divided into a plurality of measuring segments in the expanding direction; the deflection of any point on the first segment is obtained; the deflection value and the size of the rotating angle of the tail point of the first segment, namely, the starting point of the second segment are calculated; through double integral of the strain distribution curve equation of the second segment, a deflection equation on the second segment can be obtained; the processes are repeated, the deflection equation of each segment on the structure can be obtained, and thus the deflection value of any point on the structure can be known; and the relationship between the bending moment and the deflection is obtained according to a differential equation of the deflection curve, and thus the bending moment value of any point on the surface of the blade structure can be known. According to an algorithm, a large amount of prior knowledge is not needed, thesimple and quick effects are achieved, convenience and reliability are achieved, and accuracy is high.
