本发明提出的一种导管的设计方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一:采用四次多项式分别表达导管的拱弧线和厚度线;步骤二:采用二次多项式表达首尾导圆,采用斜率和连接点光顺条件连接导管主体;步骤三:采用二维翼型分析方法确定导管的升阻力系数;步骤四:采用循环优化几何形状;步骤五:结合螺旋桨的性能分析确定导管螺旋桨的性能和空泡性能效果;步骤六:确定最终导管几何并输出。本发明在设计的过程中采用了更加合理的公式,本设计方法借鉴了成熟的气动翼型的生成和优化方法,并结合水动力的要求完成导管的设计。

    The invention discloses a method for designing ducts, which comprises the following steps: step 1, expressing an arch arc line and a thickness line of a duct by using a quartic polynomial; step 2,adopting a quadratic polynomial to express that leading circle of the first and the tail, and adopting a slope and a fairing condition of a connecting point to connect the duct main body; step 3, adoptinga two-dimensional airfoil analysis method to determine that lift drag coefficient of the duct; step 4, optimizing the geometry shape by adopting a cycle; step 5, combining the performance analysis ofthe propeller to determine the performance and cavitation performance effect of the ducted propeller; step 6: determine the final catheter geometry and output. The invention adopts more reasonable formula in the design process, and the design method draws lessons from the mature aerodynamic airfoil generation and optimization method, and completes the design of the conduit according to the requirements of the hydrodynamic force.
