The invention provides a system issuing an emergency linkage broadcast. The system is characterized in that the system comprises a vehicle, a cloud server and a client side; vehicle-mounted projection equipment is installed on the vehicle; the projection equipment is controlled by the cloud server and issues the emergency linkage broadcast; the cloud server receives a request, sent by the client side, of the emergency linkage broadcast, and instructs the projection equipment in the vehicle to perform projection and play of the emergency linkage broadcast. The system overcomes the defect that traditional broadcasts are spread generally by newspapers and news and then real-time broadcasting cannot be achieved usually at current time of occurrence of events, and the system uses a mobile spreading characteristic of the vehicle projection equipment to spread out some sudden events in the rapidest method, so high social value is achieved.
