The invention discloses a surface tension storage box capable of exhausting, and stable liquid storing and exhausting can be achieved under the microgravity condition. The surface tension storage box comprises a shell, an air nozzle arranged on the top of the shell, a liquid nozzle arranged at the bottom of the shell, an exhausting device, a hydraulic accumulator upper pressing plate arranged on the shell, a hydraulic accumulator core shaft, a hydraulic accumulator large supporting plate, a hydraulic accumulator lower pressing plate, a capillary element and a hydraulic accumulator small supporting plate. The exhausting device is arranged in the shell, and one end of the exhausting device is connected with the air nozzle. The top end of the hydraulic accumulator core shaft is connected with the center of the hydraulic accumulator upper pressing plate through a pressing nut. The hydraulic accumulator large supporting plate is arranged in the middle of the hydraulic accumulator core shaft. The hydraulic accumulator lower pressing plate is arranged at the bottom of the hydraulic accumulator core shaft. The capillary element and the hydraulic accumulator small supporting plate are arranged in the shell and are integrally and structurally connected with the liquid nozzle from bottom to top. The bottom end of the hydraulic accumulator core shaft is connected with the center of the hydraulic accumulator small supporting plate. A plurality of hydraulic accumulator large blades are arranged between the hydraulic accumulator large supporting plate and the hydraulic accumulator lower pressing plate. A plurality of hydraulic accumulator small blades are arranged between the hydraulic accumulator lower pressing plate and the inner wall of the shell.
