The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle for three-dimensional modeling of a human body and the application thereof and relates to the field of unmanned aerial vehicle modeling. The unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a main body, a camera head arranged on the main body, a camera shooting control device controlling the camera head for camera shooting, a signal receiving device connected with the camera shooting control device, a control device controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle to fly, and a range unit measuring the distance between the unmanned aerial vehicle and the human body to be modeled. The invention further discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle human body three-dimensional modeling system and a modeling method using the system. The system comprises the unmanned aerial vehicle, a signal transmission device connected with the signal receiving device, and a circling motion trail, wherein the circling motion trail comprises a plurality of camera shooting points evenly distributed around the circumference. The unmanned aerial vehicle is high in maneuverability and not limited by the working environment when used for modeling of the human body. By means of the method for modeling using the system, multi-angle all-around modeling of the static human body or dynamic human body can be achieved.
