The invention relates to a rotor car. A car body is made into a ball shape, the middle-lower part of the car body 1 is connected with a car beam, four corners on the front side and rear side of the car body are provided with front rotor arm and a rear rotor arm, the front end of each rotor arm is provided with a rotor, a motor is fixed on the head part of the rotor, a hub is installed on an output shaft of the motor, vanes are installed on the hub, the vanes are used for substituting spokes, a far end of each vane is connected with rims, the rims of four wing wheels contact the ground, a vehicle enters a ground traveling mode, the wing wheels are enabled to rotate by virtue of a traveling operation system, and the rotor car can travel on the ground like a car and is a car capable of driving on the ground. When the rotor car is switched to a flight mode, the wing wheels are overturned upwards, when the rotor is perpendicular to the ground, the plane of each wing wheel faces upwards to be used as a rotor vane, the vehicle enters a flight mode, the four wing wheels are enabled to rotate at a high speed by virtue of a flight operation system, the entire car body can be lifted by virtue of a lift force generated by the four wing wheels, and after the angle of the wing wheels is adjusted, the rotor car can fly away from the ground and can hover in the air.
