The invention provides a frequency-shifting track circuit integrated monitoring system based on the high-speed electric power carrier communication. A to-be-measured orbit section comprises a plurality of tunable regions. Each tunable region is composed of a sending tuner unit of each orbit section, a hollow coil, and a receiving tuner unit of the next adjacent or power carrier communication module; bit section. Each sending/receiving tuner unit is composed of a monitoring unit extension set and the monitoring unit extension set comprises an acquisition monitoring module and a high-speed power carrier communication module, wherein the acquisition monitoring module and the high-speed power carrier communication module are sequentially connected together. The monitoring unit extension set of each sending/receiving tuner unit transmits the sampled data of each to-be-measured object in real time to a centralized management machine via the high-speed power carrier communication module. The centralized management machine is respectively connected with a signal centralized monitoring system and an operation terminal. According to the system, the current flowing through each ladle copper wire of matched tuner units is sampled in real time. In this way, the mounting reliability of the ladle copper wire is detected. By means of the system, faults, such as the poor contact of the ladle copper wire and even the broken condition of the ladle copper wire, can be found out timely.
