The system comprises a navigation display, a GPS locator, an elastic part, a stretching electric generator, a lifting rod, a saddle, a stress sensor, a controller, a protection airbag, a balance location monitor, a gravity acceleration sensor and the supporting frame; the navigation display is arranged on the top of a handlebar, the GPS locator is arranged on the upper portion of a front support, the stretching electric generator is arranged on the top of a bottom plate, the lower end face of the saddle is connected with the upper end face of the bottom plate through the elastic part, the stress sensor is arranged at the upper front end of the front support, and the protection airbag is arranged at the upper back end of the front support. According to the in-time dropping control system for the supporting frame, navigation can be performed on a battery bicycle through the GPS locator, and gravitational potential energy of the saddle can be converted into electric energy through the stretching electric generator; when the controller monitors that the battery bicycle is crashed, the protection airbag is controlled to be opened in time.
