The invention discloses a vehicle taillight flow guiding device, wherein the deflector is a wedge-shaped structure; the flow guiding device comprises a mounting face and a flow guiding face; the flow guiding device is mounted on a taillight at the side back of a vehicle; a thin end of the flow guiding device is close to the front end of the whole vehicle and a thick end of the flow guiding device is close to the tail of the whole vehicle; a round arc transition chamfers are set at two sides of the flow guiding device; the mounting height of the flow guiding device is the center line position of the taillight; and the flow guiding device is mounted on a position with 1-3cm of distance from the taillight side face and the back side transition turning point. The vehicle taillight flow guiding device has the advantages of simple structure and convenient mounting; the distance between the tail vortex and the vehicle body can be enlarged, thus further increasing the pressure on the back of the vehicle, and reducing the air resistance to the vehicle; and the vehicle taillight flow guiding device can be widely applied to the field of vehicle air resistance reduction.
