The invention relates to the technical field of automobile parts, and specifically discloses an automobile braking sub-pump. The automobile braking sub-pump comprises a pump body, wherein a first fixed disc is connected to the bottom of the pump body through a nut, a spring washer and a bolt; a shaft penetrates in the middle part of the pump body; a shaft seat and a ferrule fixedly sleeve the bottom of the shaft; a return spring sleeves the shaft; a second fixed disc and a guide sleeve are fixed between the shaft seat and the first fixed disc; a braking rubber block is arranged between the first fixed disc and the second fixed disc; and the upper end of the braking rubber block is engaged with the upper end of the first fixed disc. The braking sub-pump is provided with a mechanical push rod locking device, and when an automobile runs, a roller can be separated from the shaft to allow the shaft to move forwards and backwards through the locking mechanism by keeping the air pressure of a locking air chamber at the minimum air pressure value; when the pressure of the locking air chamber is lower than the minimum required pressure, the roller is tightly wedged between the shaft and the locking sleeve; and when parking braking is released, the roller is released, and risks due to that an air supply system cannot normally work can be prevented. The braking sub-pump can be used for parking braking for the automobile, and is high in safety performance.
