The invention belongs to the technical field of self-adaptive signal processing, and provides a self-adaptive estimation method based on an ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast) message time delay inhibiting pulse noise. The self-adaptive estimation method disclosed by the invention is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly, assuming an auxiliary radio signal emission source near an air route, and obtaining a Doppler frequency shift characteristic curve, which is not influenced by the time delay, through a carrier frequency estimation method; secondly, decoding through an ADS-B message, and calculating by utilizing a formula so as to obtain a Doppler frequency shift characteristic curve, which is influenced by the time delay; and finally, estimating an instantaneous ADS-B message time delay by utilizing a self-adaptive algorithm inhibiting pulse noise, and providing theoretical basis for time delay compensation. According to the invention, estimation and tracking of the time delay of the time-varying ADS-B message can be realized; the basis is provided for time delay compensation of the ADS-B message; and, by means of compensation, the accuracy and the reliability of the ADS-B message bearing position and speed information can be improved.
