The invention discloses a speed-to-vehicle emission factor correction method based on motor vehicle specific power. The method includes: Step 101) second-by-second specific power of a motor vehicle is calculated according to collected second-by-second speed data when the vehicle travels, the second-by-second specific power refers to power output by an engine in movement of each ton of mass; Step 102) clustering is performed on the calculated motor vehicle specific power based on defined integration granularity, and then motor vehicle specific power distribution situations of the motor vehicle in different speed intervals are obtained; and Step 103) an emission correction coefficient is calculated based on acquired average speed, and the correction coefficient is utilized to correct the acquired motor vehicle specific power distribution of different speed intervals. The technical advantage of speed-to-vehicle emission factor correction method based on the motor vehicle specific power is that a motor vehicle pollutant emission analysis method associated with a traffic index is proposed, thereby realizing correction of motor vehicle emission ratios of different sources and different resolutions.
