The invention relates to a manufacturing method for a high-quality chain and cable rope and belongs to the technical field of machine manufacturing. According to the specific scheme, steel rope rings in the S twist direction and the Z twist direction are adopted as multi-strand steel cable rope force bearing carriers of the chain and cable rope, and multi-strand steel rope chain links, a steel rope chain tooth unit device formed by chain tooth steel rope sleeve rollers, serving as pin roller force bearing shafts, at the two ends, and a middle rigid body guiding and restraining device are jointly fused to form a chain and cable integrated rope. The extra-long-distance function and the large-bearing function are achieved, a transmission manner which is accurate, free of slipperiness and free of a polygon effect is achieved, and the chain and cable rope is a fourth accurate transmission part behind a gear, a chain and a cog belt, and is wide in application range. According to the manufacturing method for the chain and cable rope, the novel two-one-one assembly line processing method, namely, a production line in which the two multi-strand steel ropes in the S twist direction and the Z twist direction penetrate the chain tooth sleeve rollers, and adjusting blocks for standard chain link length detection are used for adjusting and locking a chain rope guiding device manufacturing and assembling production line and a chain and cable rope final assembly production line, is adopted; and the high-quality chain and cable rope is stable in form, easy to manufacture and maintain, high in efficiency and economical.
