The invention discloses a tri-axial angular driver. The tri-axial angular driver comprises a housing, an input bevel gear shaft, a first output bevel gear shaft and a second output bevel gear shaft, wherein a bevel gear of the input bevel gear shaft is engaged with a bevel gear of the first output bevel gear shaft and a bevel gear of the second output bevel gear shaft respectively; and when the input bevel gear shaft rotates, the first output bevel gear shaft and the second output bevel gear shaft are driven to rotate, so that tri-axial driving is realized. The tri-axial angular driver is compact in structure, high in reliability, stable in transmission, small in noise and convenient for realizing linked driving of a primary steering wheel and a secondary steering wheel, so that trainees and a trainer can easily and safely control a travelling direction of a learner-driven vehicle.
