The invention provides a device for eliminating van pressure overcharge. A pilot valve is mounted in a valve seat, and a double-end stud is arranged at one end of the valve seat. One side of the valve seat is connected with a control valve support of a van through one end of the double-end stud, and the other side of the valve seat is connected with a control valve of the van through the other end of the double-end stud, so that a first port of the valve seat is connected with a control chamber of the control valve, a second port of the valve seat is connected with a brake pipe of the control valve, a third port of the valve seat is connected with a brake cylinder of the control valve, and a fourth port of the valve seat is connected with an auxiliary reservoir of the control valve. When the van carries out air charge operation, the pressure of the brake pipe of the control valve rises, so that the volume chamber of the pilot valve is communicated with the control chamber, the pressure of the control chamber is reduced, and the pressure overcharge of the van is automatically eliminated. Thus, after a brake system is replaced, the van can automatically and efficiently achieve the requirement of spontaneous remission.
