The invention discloses a magnetic friction coupling elevator disk brake utilizing a magnetic field to regulate friction. A piston is embedded into a cylinder and is fixed with a barrel, a hydraulic end cover is positioned on the outside of the cylinder and is connected with the cylinder, an end cover covers the hydraulic end cover, oil ways are formed in both of the cylinder and the hydraulic end cover, a belleville spring is sleeved by a belleville spring guide sleeve and is fixed with a spring seat, the spring seat is fixed on the belleville spring guide sleeve by a check ring, the belleville spring guide sleeve is sleeved in the barrel and is compressed by the piston, a back plate is connected with the barrel, a brake shoe is connected with the back plate by a pressing plate, an excitation coil is wound on the barrel, heavy exciting current is introduced to the excitation coil while oil pressure drops, and at the moment, magnetic braking and friction braking coexist and have a coupling effect. The disk brake cannot only comprehensively utilize the advantages of friction braking and magnetic braking, but also can improve and regulate friction and braking performances by utilizing the positive effects of the magnetic field to friction, so that the braking efficiency and reliability of the elevator can be remarkably improved.
