A center (200) is provided with a travel environment evaluation unit (230) that quantitatively evaluates the ease of movement in the travel environment of the vehicle (100) on the basis of an analysis of the travel environment information acquired by the travel environment information acquisition unit (110). A display unit (132) of the vehicle (100) displays the result of evaluation by the travel environment evaluation unit (230).
