The invention provides a method, a device and a system for monitoring a lock shaft fault of a bogie. The method for monitoring the lock shaft fault of the bogie comprises the following steps: monitoring a working state of the bogie on a train; judging whether the lock shaft fault exists on the bogie or not; if so, carrying out a rolling test on the bogie, if monitoring that the bogie passes through the rolling test, neglecting the lock shaft fault of the bogie, and controlling the train to further normally run; and or else, determining that the lock shaft fault exists on the bogie, and controlling the train to stop. According to the method, the device and the system for monitoring the lock shaft fault of the bogie provided by the invention, the accuracy of monitoring that the lock shaft fault exists on the bogie is improved; and the traffic safety of the train is ensured.
