The invention discloses a clamping device which comprises a fork groove assembly, a clamping device assembly, a long bolt and a nut. The fork groove assembly comprises a pair of fork groove bodies, a pair of lug plates, rear angle ion, a pair of angle iron blocks, front angle iron, a pair of hinge joint plates, a first cylindrical pin, a connecting body and a first elastic cylindrical pin. The clamping device assembly comprises a pair of cam blocks, a sliding block, a second elastic cylindrical pin, a pair of short shafts, a pair of pin shafts, a pair of connecting rods, a second cylindrical pin, a pair of crank blocks and an unthreaded shaft. The clamping device can automatically quickly clamp and release a cargo fork of a forklift through the self-gravity action to achieve the purpose of fastening and quickly clamping a fork frame; the clamping device has the beneficial effects of being simple in structure, convenient to operate and stable in performance; and the working efficiency is greatly improved, and a large quantity of production materials and the manufacturing cost are saved.
