The invention discloses a medical caster which comprises a first wheel, a second wheel and a third wheel. A first bearing, a second bearing and a third bearing are inserted into the middle of the first wheel, the middle of the second wheel and the middle of the third wheel in a penetrating mode respectively, the two ends of the first bearing, the two ends of the second bearing and the two ends of the third bearing are all fixedly provided with triangular fixing frames and provided with first bearing seats, main shafts are inserted into the middles of the triangular fixing frames in a penetrating mode, the two ends of the main shafts are fixedly provided with protective shells, and the tops of the protective shells are provided with second bearing seats. According to the medical caster, the three wheels are fixed through the triangular fixing frames, the wheels can be replaced to cross the road surface when the caster encounters an obstacle, the damping effect of the caster is further improved by sleeving damping sleeves on the main shafts, the second bearing seats are arranged to be used as universal wheels, and therefore the caster is more flexible.
