The invention discloses a shears-fork type hydraulic lifting electric flat carriage which comprises an electric flat carriage body and a table board. A fork frame is arranged between the electric flat carriage body and the table board and composed of an inner fork frame body and an outer fork frame body which are crossed. The middles of the inner and outer fork frame bodies are provided with holes in rotating fit with a pin shaft. The upper end of the outer fork frame body is hinged to a lug plate on the lower surface of the table board. The lower end of the outer fork frame body is provided with idler wheels which are in sliding fit with upper and lower sliding ways arranged on the electric flat carriage body transversely. The upper end of the inner fork frame body is provided with idler wheels which are in sliding fit with upper and lower sliding ways arranged on the table board transversely. The lower end of the inner fork frame body is hinged to a lug plate on the electric flat carriage body. Two hydraulic cylinders are symmetrically arranged between the electric flat carriage body and the table board, and a hydraulic station is arranged on the electric flat carriage body. The shears-fork hydraulic lifting electric flat carriage has the remarkable advantage that the table board stably ascends and descends on the condition that the table board requirement is too low.
