The invention discloses a high-toughness anti-rust steel plate for a ship. The steel plate comprises a high-toughness plate layer and an anti-rust layer, wherein the anti-rust layer is fixed on the surface of the high-toughness plate layer through an electroplating method; the high-toughness plate layer comprises aluminium, silicon and iron, wherein according to mass percentage, the content of aluminium is 5-12%, the content of silicon is 18-24% and the content of iron is 64-77%; and the anti-rust layer comprises copper, zinc and manganese, wherein according to mass percentage, the content of copper is 30-40%, the content of zinc is 40-48%, and the content of manganese is 12-30%. Through the method, the high-toughness anti-rust steel plate for the ship, disclosed by the invention, is advantaged in that the toughness of the steel plate is high, the anti-rust capacity of the steel plate is high, the steel plate is convenient to machine and the production cost is reduced.
