The invention provides a torque distribution strategy capable of achieving the minimum instantaneous power consumption of plug-in hybrid power. By calculating the power consumption of an engine, the power consumption of a motor and the power consumption of a power battery, the additional power consumption of changing the charge state of the power battery is set; the additional power consumption of switching work modes is set; the additional power consumption of meeting the torque requirements of a driver is set; the instantaneous power consumption of a hybrid power system is calculated, and the adaptability of a vehicle control strategy to different work conditions is improved.
