The invention discloses a hoisting mechanism which comprises a bracket, a fixed trolley and a mobile trolley. The fixed trolley comprises a fixed trolley framework fixed to the top of the bracket, a first motor, a first speed reducer, a first brake and a first winding drum, wherein the first motor and the first speed reducer are arranged on the fixed trolley framework, and the two ends of the first winding drum are rotationally arranged on the fixed trolley framework. The mobile trolley comprises a mobile trolley framework, a second motor, a second speed reducer, a second brake and a second winding drum, wherein the mobile trolley framework and the top of the bracket form a mobile pair; the second motor and the second speed reducer are arranged on the mobile trolley framework; the two ends of the second winding drum are rotationally arranged on the mobile trolley framework. A third motor is used for driving the mobile trolley to move. The hoisting mechanism has the beneficial effects that the two trolleys are arranged and used for hoisting the two ends of a container, so that the two ends of the container are hoisted in the loading process, the position of a feed inlet is kept changeless relatively when the angle of inclination of the container is changed, and thus objected can be loaded into the container from one place.
