The invention relates to a sand adding and conveying device for a tramcar, and the device comprises a sending pot and a sand conveying pipeline. One end of the sand conveying pipeline is communicated with the sending pot, and the other end of the sand conveying pipeline is communicated with a sand distribution station. The conveying pipeline comprises at least one annular air flow pipeline, and the annular air flow pipeline comprises a first conveying pipe and a second conveying pipe, which are sequentially arranged in a dry sand flowing direction. The first conveying pipe is in coaxial cup joint with the second conveying pipe. The diameter of the first conveying pipe is less than the diameter of the second conveying pipe. A feeding end of the second conveying pipe is provided with an annular blowing port which conveys compressed air into the second conveying pipe in the axial direction of the first conveying pipe. Through the arrangement of the annular air flow pipeline, the compressed air blown into the annular blowing port enables a sand column to be isolated from a pipe wall, thereby effectively reducing the wear of the pipeline caused by dry sand, effectively reducing the maintenance workload and cost of conveying equipment, and prolonging the service life of the equipment.
