The invention relates to the technical field of container design, and discloses a method for designing the volume of a brake fluid container. The method for designing the volume of the brake fluid container comprises the steps that the volume of the brake fluid container is divided into a physical region and a functional region firstly, and the physical region comprises a first brake cavity, a second brake cavity and a clutch cavity which are arranged at the bottom of the container side by side in sequence; the functional region is close to the upper edge of the physical region, and sequentially comprises a common cavity, an alarm range and a consumption cavity from bottom to top; then, the volumes of all the regions are calculated independently according to component parameters of a vehicle brake system, a vehicle clutch system and the like, and therefore the total volume of the brake fluid container is obtained. According to the method for designing the volume of the brake fluid container, developers can be effectively assisted in improving design accuracy, and meanwhile the function of guaranteeing the safety of the brake system is achieved; in addition, brake fluid waste caused by ineffectively enlarging the brake fluid container can be avoided, and the method for designing the volume of the brake fluid container is low in cost, high in reliability and high in economical efficiency.
