The invention discloses a single-shield TBM plane sliding stepping device which comprises a seat plate arranged on a concrete bottom plate, a shield body torsion clamping block and lifting mechanisms connected with a TBM shield body. The lifting mechanisms are arranged on the left side and the right side of the seat plate and are connected with the shield body in a welding mode. A TBM cutter disc and the shield body are arranged on the seat plate, and meanwhile the seat plate is movably connected with a pushing hydraulic cylinder in the shield body. According to the single-shield TBM plane sliding stepping device, the pushing hydraulic cylinder arranged on a TBM is used, under the action of the pushing hydraulic cylinder, the TBM is driven to step forwards, the structure is simple, cost is low, stepping is reliable and fast, and the TBM shield steps forwards through friction to achieve TBM stepping forward moving under the action of the pushing hydraulic cylinder. According to the single-shield TBM plane sliding stepping device, guiding wheels and guiding grooves are not used for achieving the guiding function, and therefore the stepping cost of the TBM is saved. Based on the hydraulic pressure difference principle, the direction changing function is achieved, guiding is flexible, and free direction-changing stepping can be achieved under the situation that the center line of the section of a tunnel is changed. The stepping device is convenient to demount, reliable in technology, high in stepping speed and capable of completing long-distance stepping in a short construction period. The stepping device is suitable for single-shield TBM stepping and is particularly suitable for large-weight and large-diameter single-shield TBM stepping.
