The invention discloses a production method for a composite material elastomer navigation mark floating drum. According to the production method, a body of whole glass reinforced plastic is filled with balance weight materials and foaming materials and wrapped with elastic materials and water-resistant and aging-resistant materials to form the floating drum. The main body of a drum body and the main body of a tail pipe are made of (FRP) glass reinforced plastic composite materials and are integrally manufactured through a die. The drum body and the tail pipe are combined into a whole. The tail pipe is filled with balance weights. Connecting pieces are installed on the upper drum face of the drum body and the bottom of the tail pipe. The connecting pieces on the upper drum face of the drum body and the connecting piece of the tail pipe are welded and strengthened through steel members. An inner cavity of the floating drum is filled with (PUR) polyurethane hard form. The outer layer of the upper side of the drum body of the floating drum is then integrally circularly wrapped with a layer of (EVA) ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. (SPUA) polyurea elastic materials are sprayed on the outermost layer of the whole body of the floating drum. The production method has the prominent performance of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, aging resistance and the like, the use requirement of a floating drum body is met, and the service life is prolonged.
