The invention discloses a stop beam of a monorail motor car and an anti-creeping energy-absorbing device thereof. The anti-creeping energy-absorbing device comprises an anti-creeping bar and an installing base, wherein the anti-creeping bar directly receives collision and is transversely arranged, and the installation base is installed on the stop beam of the monorail motor car. The stop beam further comprises two sets of energy absorbing bodies and two sets of cutting elements, wherein the energy absorbing bodies are arranged between the installation base and the anti-creeping bar and connected to the two ends of the anti-creeping bar respectively. Each set of energy absorbing bodies comprises at least one energy absorbing body. The cutting elements correspond to the two sets of the energy absorbing bodies in a one-to-one mode and are fixed relative to the installation base. During collision, the cutting elements can axially cut the corresponding energy absorbing bodies along the energy absorbing bodies. By means of the cutting mode of the scheme, large cutting force can be generated, and the collision is absorbed. The direction is easy to control, bending deformation is avoided, and vertical unstability is also avoided. Besides, cutting force is stable, fluctuation is small, and the energy absorbing effect is remarkable. The two sets of energy absorbing bodies can be symmetrically located on the two sides of the longitudinal center line of the car so that absorbing of collision energy can be more balanced, car deviation is avoided, and the anti-creeping energy-absorbing device is prevented from interfering with a single rail of the monorail motor car.
