The invention discloses a compartment connection system capable of achieving soft and hard regulation. The system comprises automatic coupler devices. The two automatic coupler devices are correspondingly installed between two adjacent compartments respectively. The two adjacent compartments are connected through the two automatic coupler devices. Each automatic coupler device comprises a head joint at the front end, a damper in the middle and a tail joint on the tail portion. By means of the compartment connection system capable of soft and hard regulation, detachable connection between the two compartments can be quickly achieved. Meanwhile, the degree of hardness of the connection mode between the two compartments can be regulated adaptively, so that a monorail rail train is helped to turn when a turning radius is small, and accordingly space resources occupied by the train are saved.
