The invention discloses an automatic in-car air detection system, so as to solve the problem that air quality data detected by the in-car air quality detection device in the prior art can only represent the air quality at a certain position or certain positions in a passenger cabin but can not objectively reflect the air quality at each position in the passenger cabin. The system of the invention comprises a circular flow guide pipeline arranged on the car body, a driving motor, a sensor detection device arranged on the circular flow guide pipeline for detecting air quality in the circular flow guide pipeline, a vertical rotating shaft arranged on the car body in a rotatable mode, and an air guide pipeline arranged below the car body, wherein the lower end of the vertical rotating shaft is located in the air guide pipeline; a driving impeller is arranged on the vertical rotating shaft and in the air guide pipeline; the upper end of the vertical rotating shaft is located in the circular flow guide pipeline; and a driven impeller is arranged on the vertical rotating shaft and in the circular flow guide pipeline for driving air in the circular flow guide pipeline to flow.
