The invention relates to an air command unmanned aerial vehicle capable of performing a man-machine conversation function. The air command unmanned aerial vehicle comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle, wherein the unmanned aerial vehicle is loaded with an image obtaining device, an audible device and an attention device; a flight attitude of the unmanned aerial vehicle is automatically adjusted through a flight controller; the flight controller is connected with a background cloud service control system; the image obtaining device is used for obtaining a panoramic scene image; and the background cloud service control system wirelessly transmits a voice frequency to the audible device to finish real-time conversation by using a microphone according to the real-time transmitted panoramic scene image so as to control the attention device to mark and warn scene persons or objects. The air command unmanned aerial vehicle can realize the man-machine conversation function between the unmanned aerial vehicle and scene crowds to finish effective interaction between the unmanned aerial vehicle and persons.
